I saw a vintage piece on your Instagram and I love it but I don't live in Vancouver and surrounding areas to pick it up, can you ship it? 

Absolutely! Smaller vintage pieces are available to ship. Just send us a DM and we're happy to help you. 

When can I receive my order?

Allow 3 to 7 days for us to process your order before shipping them. Delivery ETA depending where you are and which shipping service you choose during check out. Just to be transparent, delays might happen with our providers due to COVID-19. 

What's your shipping carrier?

We ship with Canada Post. All orders are shipped from Coquitlam, BC. 

Free local pick up: We’d love to meet you! We are located in Lougheed Heights, Coquitlam just 30 minutes outside Vancouver, BC. 

If you wish to pick up your order -  simply choose the pick up option at checkout. Allow 3 to 7 days for us to process your order and we will email you when they are ready.

Pampas Care: 

All your pampas grass orders are pre fluffed by us prior to packing them.

When you receive your beautiful pampas bouquets:

  •  It is recommended to give it a gentle shake before bringing them inside your home.
  • If you want your pampas grass to be fluffier, put them in a vase in the sun to expose the reeds and this allows them to open up.
  • Another tip is I personally leave my pampas in a vase on my balcony so the wind will naturally fluff them. Place it to a spot where rain won’t get to them. 
  • Once they are all fluffed up arrange them in your vase and you can trim them with garden scissors to your desired look.
  • You may notice that your pampas grass shed as they are live plants. To minimize the shedding you are always free to give them a light mist of hairspray.
  • Pampas grass are dried plants they do NOT require water.  


Palms and Other Dried Botanicals Care: 

  • All our palms and other dried botanicals are ready to style and no water needed. Keep them out of direct sunlight and they will last for years.
